No-Churn Ice Cream




With summer coming to an end, I thought it was perfect to end it right with homemade ice cream! And get this, You don't even need an ice machine for this delicious treat. The best part... Each Ice Cream flavor only has five ingredients or less and takes less than 15 minutes to make!


 So, being able to make no-churn ice cream is simply amazing to me because its less expensive than going out buying an ice cream machine and it's such a fun thing to do with kids! The base of this ice cream is real simple, just a can of condensed milk and heavy cream. And, just whip until stiff peaks form. Easy isn't it?



With the base being easy, everything else is just an addition to make this delightful, sweet, and flavor-packed frozen treat! I'm excited to show you guys three easy flavors that everyone will love! I made a strawberry shortcake, cake batter, and a caramel brownie ice cream. My family enjoy all these delicious flavors, it was the perfect dessert to end the night. 
 

No-Churn Ice Cream Base:

Ingredients


❤  2 cups of heavy cream
❤  1 can of condensed milk (14oz)

Instruction:


❤  Pour in Heavy Cream in a large bowl and whip it until peaks form. You can use either a hand mixer or a stand mixer, either or will work perfect! (It usually takes about 10 minutes until you see results) Gently fold in the condensed milk.
❤  Fold in any toppings that you would like. ( Check below for some of my favorite add-ons!)
❤  Place ice cream in freezer for about 6 hours (the hardest part is the waiting, i know) and you're done! Simple and Easy.


Cake Batter Ingredients: 

❤  A cup of sprinkles
❤  Half a cup of funfetti cake mix
❤ A cup of crushed up Circus animal cookies

Strawberry Shortcake Ingredients:

❤ A cup of sliced strawberries
❤ 1/4 a cup of strawberry preserves
❤ A cup of crushed up Golden Oreo's

Caramel Brownies Ingredients:

❤  1/2 cup of caramel sauce
❤  Crushed up brownies
