A New Chapter

If you told me four years ago that this is how my life would be, I wouldn't have believed you. Thats the thing about life, its all full of surprises and ups and downs. One day you're making sandwiches behind a deli counter working minimum wage and then the next day you're working for a big company like Nordstrom. One minute you're plotting ways to decorate your own room finally and then the next you're signing a lease to a new apartment on your own. You never know whats going to happen next... but in order to live a life that you love you must trust the process.

This year has been one of the most life changing year, yet. I've always had the ideal image that by the time I turn 21, its going to be my year and hopefully have my life together, but we all know that never works out. The funny this is by the time I turned 21 I would have never expected to be like this. Although we still have two more months left till the next year, I can truly say that 2017 was the year where I started to live.  I stepped outside of my comfort zone. I lived for the night I truly cannot remember. I danced the night away. I got into a bar with a fake ID. I turned legal. I met so much people, some I am able to call my close friends. I booked a plane ticket with a person that I just met three days prior. I went through a heart break. I found love.  I went cliff diving. I hopped over a fence drunk to sneak on a golf course. I laughed. I cried. I applied to an art school. I got accepted into FIDM. I received two scholarships. I signed an apartment lease doing adulting things and moved to LA.

...I followed my heart and put myself first.

So come follow along on this Journey that I call life
